Introducing Flourish Wellness Coaching I am thrilled to announce a major change for me this year! I have decided to move on from my trained work as a voiceover artist and focus on my longtime love and desire to support others as a Lifestyle and Wellness Coach. As many of you know, I am passionate about all things health related; cutting edge research around health and wellness, real food, alternative therapies, supplementation, food plans, menus, lifestyle habits and more.
Flourish Wellness Coaching is a resource designed to empower women to take the best care of themselves and their families. My services include online workshops/coaching, one-on-one coaching, in person and by phone. I use tools and theories from well-known naturopathic practitioners, as well as proven methods for behavioral change and habit formation. The History of Flourish
My father’s diagnosis of prostate cancer over twenty years ago opened my eyes to the personal choices we have available to us. There are many excellent alternative therapies, practitioners, and practices that support all of us to take charge of our health through our diets, lifestyles, cleaning products, mindset, daily choices, and especially in our purchases and the products and companies we support.
I believe in a mind, body, spirit approach for taking care of ourselves; a holistic approach. With my passion in this area, I have developed great tools and resources over the years through brilliant mentors, seminars, books and through my own personal journey in health. I want to use this knowledge to help others through focused and supportive health coaching. I’m completing my Health Coach Certification and am ready to begin using my 20+ years of study practically!
I support my clients in discovering and implementing solutions for the roadblocks that can be challenging when making lifestyle changes alone. Having a health coach to work alongside people assists them in formulating goals and taking a positive plan of action for them to feel their best. Together we create a personalized plan. I monitor their progress, support them with easy to follow protocols and resources, and guide them through the changes. Clients can count on me to be their biggest advocate for your success!
I have been successful in improving my own health as well as friends. I support women in making positive changes in their life and am here to empower them to feel their very best. The areas we look at are specific to each client. Changes could revolve around: -improvements in diet, looking at food sensitivities -dealing with stress -a movement or exercise that feels good -finding work is fulfilling -making self-care a priority, an essential ingredient in being the best mom, partner and person each can be!
